We are looking to find balance in our lives and it is becoming increasingly difficult - even the activities reserved for self-care and development have now become a competition and a battlefield.

We are integrating the four elements of personal health: physical, psychological, nutritional and spiritual in to a short escape to reconnect.

Perfection is not our goal, our retreats will be as human as we all are. The intention we have is to bring like minded people together in parallel to a supportive and self-care focused weekend away.

the concept

morning session

Ease into the day with grounding breathwork, slow mobility, and a light wake-up flow.We keep mornings calm so you can arrive in your body and settle your nervous system.

our schedule

Each day at RAFT follows a gentle rhythm that balances movement, rest, and reflection so you can reset without feeling rushed.

afternoon session

Build strength and confidence with a mix of functional training, mindful cardio, or time in nature.Afternoons are for activation—always adapted to your energy and experience level.

evening session

Wind down with restorative yoga, gentle stretching, or reflective circles by the fire.Evenings help you integrate the day, connect with others, and prepare for deep rest.

Yoga & medidation

We will be offering both vinyasa and yin yoga with a qualified yoga instructor at different moments throughout the day. The cadence and type of yoga will be balanced for the moment we are in.

our programme

We want to make sure we offer different activities for the complete body experience - besides, some days we want to run and others a yoga class is what's best for us

Strength & mobility

A blend of pure strength and cardio-strength moments will be offered. We will ensure there are scaling options so every class can be taken together regardless of your strength level - the focus is on finding your level not another's.

Running & hiking

We will make sure to make the most of the surroundings and offer a mixture  of challenging runs, recovery walks or hikes that will allow everyone to find a pace that matches best,
